» Rodeira Beach – Cangas
This magical beach with fine white sand also has multiple and varied services in summer such as lifeguards, civil protection, access for the disabled and wheeled vehicles, green and wooded areas with benches, showers, biblioplaya, cafeterias, kiosks, restaurants with terrace and large variety of sports activities.
Liméns Beach has many services such as parking, public telephones, showers and restaurants. In addition, there are two campsites in the area and you can practice many nautical and sports activities, such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and canoeing or hiking trails, along an incomparable coastal path.

» Nerga Beach – Cangas
It is a family beach, very suitable to go with children since it has moderate waves and offers magnificent views of the Cíes Islands. In winter it is very common to see people practicing surfing and bodyboarding in its waters.
The traditional Galician boats, gamelas, rest on Nerga Beach on the edge of town, which makes this beach have a magical atmosphere that evokes our deepest roots.
It is oriented to the south and protected from the open sea by Cabo Home and the Cíes Islands. Barra Beach is included in the Dunas de Barra and Costa da Soavela Protected Natural Area, also belonging to the Natura 2000 Network.
This beach is a haven of peace and tranquility, ideal to escape the madding crowd of the city. In it the sunsets are spectacular, especially outside the summer season, where the tranquility and vastness of the sea cause a feeling of calm and tranquility.

It is flanked by three lighthouses and has impressive views of the estuary and the Cíes Islands. It is worth highlighting the sunset views from the Red Lighthouse, where you can enjoy the magic of the setting sun behind the Cíes Islands.
The quality of this magnificent beach is accredited by its Blue Flag and it has beach bar and kiosk services to cool off while enjoying this relaxing natural space.
Protected as a Natural Area, it holds the Blue Flag and has all kinds of services such as lifeguards, a Civil Protection post, drinking water, showers, a beach bar, a disco, a library, a restaurant, and telephones, among others.
The Area Brava Beach is a place with calm waters, which makes it suitable for diving without a bottle on the surface and for other sports activities such as sailing, windsurfing, canoeing or aerobics.

Samil is, undoubtedly, one of the best-equipped urban beaches in Europe. It is advisable to go there out of season, because it is usually very crowded in summer, since many visitors choose it to spend the weekend.
Vao Beach has showers, disabled places and a beautiful natural dune system. At the end of the beach is the Mirambel estate, a park where an archaeological excavation uncovered an ancient roman villa. It is an ideal beach for practicing water sports such as windsurfing.
