NAVIERA MAR DE ONS, S.L, (hereinafter 'NAVIERA MAR DE ONS' or the 'Company'), is fully committed to the highest ethical standards, as well as to the compliance with all applicable legislation, both in relation to its managers and employees, as well as to our stakeholders and collaborators.

That is why in NAVIERA MAR DE ONS we have a Code of Ethics and a Code of Conduct that are applicable to all employees and collaborators of the Company and that represent the main element for the development of corporate values, within the Compliance System implemented.

Whistleblowing Channel

The Compliance System defines the channels through which all managers, employees, stakeholders and collaborators can report any breach of the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as any breach of applicable legislation.

The NAVIERA MAR DE ONS whistleblower channel allows to communicate in a confidential manner, those potentially irregular or illegal activities and conducts, which occur within the internal scope of the Company, as well as its activity, of which any person may have become aware by virtue of their professional relationship with the Company.

For this purpose, NAVIERA MAR DE ONS has enabled the e-mail address canaldenuncias@mardeons.com, where you can send all those queries on ethics or communications of non-compliance. This communication must contain the following:

  • Identification data of the complainant, in the event that he/she has decided to identify him/herself voluntarily (anonymous complaints can be submitted).
  • Identification data of the reported party/s.
  • Clear and detailed description of the facts.
  • Attach all available means of proof.

Before submitting any complaint through the complaints channel, the complainant is guaranteed not to retaliate against any consultation or communication of non-compliance made in good faith, as well as the confidential nature of all communication, information and documentation made or provided through the channel.
